Winter
In some environments, Winter is a cooler, wetter
time of year, and some cultures have responded to this harsher weather by brightening
their lives with festivals and celebrations. Some countries have no great climate changes,
but do have a holiday period tied to their culture. Whatever your geographical situation,
Winter places some stress on the mind and body. This unit on Winter will provide
you with a framework for optimum health and well being in a challenging season.
