 Guidelines
Before reading this section on Guidelines, keep
in mind that Ayurveda is a complex system. The Guidelines illuminate a few
principles which will help you to apply what is most immediate and important.
They give you a framework on which you can build as you learn more about
Ayurveda.
Each Guideline has been carefully chosen
to help keep you in touch with what Ayurveda is and what it can do. Print
a copy of the Guidelines (Pages 33 and 34)
and post it nearby so that you can refer to
the principles frequently.
