The Seasons

The interaction of the five elements brings harmony and everything is in order. At the end of one year the sun has completed its course and everything starts anew with the first season, which is the beginning of spring. This system is comparable to a ring which has neither beginning nor end.

SEASONAL PERSPECTIVE

My goal is to provide you with a seasonal format for studying and living that will be easily adopted into your life. Each year you can practice the parts of the Herbal Healing Journey that appeal to you and deepen your understanding, while improving your over all well-being.

In our modern world of constant change and instability I hope that you will find some security and comfort in the timeless cycle of the seasons.

After this section you will be able to:

  1. know which organs and meridians are active during each season.

  2. use different tools to explore, strengthen and heal the different organs.

  3. choose a diet appropriate to each season.

  4. better sense your relationship and adaptability to the seasons.

  5. be more observant and aware of the changes happening.
