How to Use Herbs
By the end of this lesson you will be able to use
herbs to:

- sedate or relax
- cool you down
- warm you up
- soothe you
- protect you
- lower your blood sugar
- encourage delivery
- stop bleeding
- ease muscle cramps
- help you urinate
- clear your lungs
So let's get started! This lesson runs
from Page 79 to 92. It includes eight
exercises which are specific to certain conditions. For example, you would
do Exercise 20 if you were tired in the afternoon, and Exercise 22 for
someone with a nosebleed. Do Exercises 21 and 25, and do the others
as the situations arise.
